Despite some illnesses going around in August, Waverly Grade School had 85% of our PreK-5th grade students that had 90% or better attendance! 🎉 Regular attendance helps our Bullpups build strong reading skills and stay on track for success. **Door of Distinction!** Today, we recognize a student who consistently goes above and beyond. Recently, while a teacher was sweeping the rocks from the sidewalk, this student asked to help. When told it was okay to go play, he insisted on lending a hand. His thoughtfulness, respect, and friendly attitude toward everyone truly stands out. That student is... Brogan! WHS and WJH FBLA students attended the BOE meeting this evening. WHS Vice President Allie Stukey spoke to the BOE asking for permission to attend a leadership conference in OKC. The WJH students were present to answer questions about the proposed bylaws for their new chapter.
